Information required by Japanese law regarding the software licenses we sell
This notice is provided by InformationCloset (trade name: インフォメーションクローゼット; "we," "us," or "our") under Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan and its enforcement regulations, with respect to the software licenses we sell through this website or through the checkout pages we direct you to. It applies in the same way to any software we sell in the future.

| Returns and cancellation (withdrawal of application) | Because of the nature of the product (software delivered electronically), you cannot withdraw your application or cancel the contract once checkout has been completed. However, if you request a refund by email at the address above within 14 days, counting from the day after the purchase date, we will refund the full price regardless of the reason. Once a refund has been made, the license is revoked and the paid features of the software can no longer be used. Refunds are made to the payment method used at purchase. In addition, a payment may be reversed or refunded under the rules of the payment service provider or the card issuer. In such a case, and where a payment is disputed (a chargeback), the license may also be revoked. Nothing in this section limits your right to cancel the contract for our failure to perform our obligations (including a failure of the product to conform to the contract), or any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region (such as a refund or replacement for a major defect). |
| Liability for non-conformity | If the software does not work as specified by us in an environment that meets the system requirements we have stated, we will provide a corrected version or refund the price. For details, see our Terms of Service. |
| Validity period of the offer | There is no time limit on applications. However, a checkout page can no longer be completed once 24 hours have passed since it was displayed. In that case, please start the checkout again from the purchase page. |
| Quantity limits and other special conditions | Each checkout is limited to one item (one license key). If you need more than one, please complete a separate checkout for each. Licenses are sold only to persons who reside in the countries and regions shown on each product's purchase page, and we do not accept checkouts with a billing country or region outside those countries and regions. Certain products are subject to special conditions, such as add-on licenses that may be used only with a license for a specific edition, or a limit on the number of devices on which a license may be used. These conditions are shown on each product's purchase page, listed under Product-specific information below. Please review them before purchasing. |
| Subscriptions and recurring contracts | All licenses we currently sell are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. If we sell subscriptions in the future, the contract period and the renewal and cancellation conditions will be shown on the product page and on the checkout page. Note that in-app purchases made through the App Store are sold by Apple and therefore fall outside the scope of this notice. |

Items stated to be disclosed upon request have been omitted as permitted by the proviso to Article 11 of the Act and its enforcement regulations. If you request them while considering a purchase, we will disclose them by email without delay.
